• Full payment must be received before we dispatch any goods.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated time frame provided. Delivery periods are approximate and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as unforeseen events or “force majeure”.
• If a non-delivery occurs due to a mistake on your part (e.g., wrong address), any extra cost incurred for redelivery shall be claimed from you.
• Once an order is dispatched to the courier, we are not liable for any delays in the delivery timeline. 

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation

• Returns: We accept returns if the product delivered is defective, deficient, or different from the one ordered, in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. You must raise a return request within [Number] days of delivery.

The arbitration shall take place at New Delhi according to the rules and proceedings of the “Court of Arbitration” of New Delhi.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved through our grievance redressal process. 

13. Grievance Redressal
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we have a grievance redressal mechanism.
